I occasionally do freelance project work for small to medium size businesses looking to take their Salesforce.com investment to the next level. 

I offer implementation and consulting services focused around Salesforce.com CRM solutions. As a Certified Salesforce administrator I provide the right balance of hands-on implementation, guidance and expertise to ensure your Salesforce.com solution is aligned with the business requirements, while still being sensitive to your bottom line investment. Since 2007 I've been designing and implementing Salesforce.com solutions. 

I have experience working in the consulting industry, the private sector and with non-profits. Whether you are looking to expand your existing Salesforce.com implementation, start from scratch, or need to revamp your existing instance I can help you out. I've managed Salesforce orgs from 30 users up to 500 users globally across 6 different countries. I can provide general user training or train a junior salesforce administrator to get them up to speed. If you are looking to boost user adoption, reporting and customization to boost the ease of user of your instance I can help.

Documentation

In any Salesforce org, documentation is key, especially as you begin to make things more complex. My goal is to not only push the limits of your salesforce org, but to also document what, where and why things are happening.

Development

My primary goal is to do as much declarative customization to the platform and avoid using APEX code whenever possible. The more apex you have, the more tied to a developer you become.  That being said, sometimes APEX just has to do some heavy lifting!
