I am the lead Salesforce Project Admin at a global tech company and a Certified Salesforce.com Administrator; I'm the Co-Leader of the Orange County User Group. I'm also a member of many various user groups but specifically focus on the Inland Empire, Los Angeles and LA Non-Profit User groups.  

I've been on the customer side of the house as a sysadmin since 2006, as well as the consulting side of the business. So I know what it is like to do heavy customization and also have to live with that customization. I've got an extensive background in IT. I'm originally from the Chicagoland area, but moved out to the wild west of Southern California.

I've got about 15+ years of IT experience ranging from Network Administration, Database Administration to Solutions Development. 

 

I currently work in an org that has around 800+ users running wall to wall Salesforce solutions ranging from sales, marketing, accounting, operations, order management and much more across 6 countries.
